I also use my failures to teach me valuable lessons on how to bounce back challenges.  Whenever I am able to conquer what I watch not accomplished before, doing so gives me power an oomph of service over my past trials and errors.  Im learning to take criticism in tone to use it to better myself.  All these leadership classes (and procreation at school) is making me a better candidate to be sure-fire in completing my life long goals.  And I have greatly improved my self-con fidence in the process.
